Coshcast S7E7: City give Watford 8 reasons to quit football

Call him Quique Sanches Florist because Watford are as easy to walk through as a bunch of flowers, Spurs lose away from home again, this time at the King Power, Phil Jones calls for Solskjaer to sacked and gets an Ed Woodward glower, Aubameyang saves Emery like the Prince saving Repunzal from the tower, and Liverpool beat Chelsea in second gear to the extent that they may not have even needed a post game shower.

Coshcast S6E26: Wolves, Goats & Lio Messi

In the FA Cup Wolves chomp United, Swansea give City a fright and
a great weekend for the Scousers as Everton beat Chelsea and Liverpool are back in with a shout it’s, all to play for in the Premier League.

Elsewhere for Messi against Betis it was three of quite literally the best, Real under Zidane pass their first test and Inter win the Milan derby as the race for third in Serie A sees no rest.

Coshcast S6E19: Emery esplayn, Sarri complayn

Arsenal beat Chelsea as Sarri and Bellerin both go out on a limb, at Anfield if only Speroni had known it wasn’t goal-bound he might have left it alone he’s now probably quite lonely, Solskjaer shines brighter than a convenience store sign as he makes it 7 out of 7 and finds a settled eleven, and Fulham have a draw snatched out of their hands in the blink of an eye as Winks steals the points for Spurs.

Coshcast S6E9: Mesut Goalzil

Subscribe to the Coshcast on iTunes and find all episodes on Pippa. It’s been a couple of weeks but the Coshcast is back! We’ll talk about the Premier League, we’ll talk about Serie A, we’ll talk about La Liga but we’ll start at the Emirates, where Arsenal arguably produced […]

The Coshcast S6E7: The Best FIFA Podcast Award

This week on the Coshcast,

Shaqiri shakes Southampton, City give Cardiff a lamping and United can’t park the bus at home for fear of getting a clamping. Elsewhere, Arsenal and Spurs scrape wins, West Ham hold Chelsea at Yarm’s length, and in Italy, Juve’s wheels continue to spin.

Fraud or GOAT, Mumu of the Week and a special guest adds the icing to the cake.

Coshcast S6E5: The podcast about nothing

I’ve got absolutely no idea what to tell you because I’m genuinely not sure what we’re going to talk about but presumably some international chat, Mohaned might try to get us to enjoy individual awards, we’ll attempt not to find something to have a go at Mourinho for, and I’m fairly confident we’ll preview some upcoming club football fixtures across England and Europe.

Coshcast S6E4: Theatre of Nightmares

Manchester United Lindelot to be desired as Spurs break old habits at Old Trafford, Wolves hold City in a case of headers and Bolys at Molineaux, Arsenal once again challenge their opponents to a game of “who can be a bigger shambles?” but win because it was West Ham.

We’ve got the rest of the Premier League action including Chelsea, Liverpool, and new title contenders Watford, a quick European run down which sounds like something you order off a menu in a red light district, and our usual favourite features. On we go.

Paul Pogba: Respect earned

It’s important to remember that the vast majority of the French squad is originally of African descent. They didn’t shy away from their roots, in fact they used it to unify the squad and bring the non-Africans aboard and Pogba was the architect of this. If you didn’t smile watching Antoine Griezmann trying to shaku shaku with the African boys then you might just be an angry old man.

Manchester United: Summer Plans

In a game in which both sides seemed to have a lack of motivating factors behind them, Chelsea were slight pre-match underdogs. The fans were the only ones in the stadium providing a typical cup final atmosphere after the morning’s Royal Wedding bonanza, as the football began slowly. Both […]

Coshcast: Arsenal pull their Wenger out | Napoli in with a shout

Arsenal finally pull their finger out as it’s Wenger out at the Emirates – we look back at the career of the Gandalf of football – the glory and the yawns, the glamour and the false dawns, and ask who is the right man for this brave new era, from Max Allegri to Patrick Vieira.

Elsewhere there’s FA Cup action to discuss as Mourinho mourinhos his team past Spurs who spurs themselves right in the spurs, and in things you never thought would happen, Giroud goes on a mazy dribble, and Napoli beat Juventus in Turin.

Coshcast: Collapse at the PathEtihad

This week on the Coshcast,
City fail to buy a centreback better than Otamendi at half time allowing United to storm back and beat them at the Etihad, somehow a Merseyside derby featuring Dominic Solanke and a team managed by Sam Allardyce doesn’t produce any goals, Spurs and Arsenal scrape past Mark Hughes past and present, and Chelsea continue to defy all logic by not using Ross Barkley to fire them into the Champions League spots.
