Staying in London, Arsenal recovered from their Bayern adventure to beat Everton who haven’t won away to Arsenal in 20 years. Speaking of records, Sunderland have once again replaced their manager and promptly won the Tyne-Wear derby. The plan is just completely fool-proof!

Meanwhile in Manchester, United and City spend 90 minutes on the most boring draw since my Grade 8 sketch of an apple, and in Spain, the big two also faced each other. Yes, Celta and Real Madrid.
